My Responsibilities
Developing and implementing a product strategy that aligns with the overall goals and objectives of the organization. Managing team's workflow and priorities, including delegating tasks, setting deadlines, and reviewing work.
Result
• Vision and Mission: in collaboration with the cycling teams, I conducted workshops and brainstorms to find the values of the brand
• Providing a creative direction: colors, language, shapes and overall style of the new platform
• Overseeing processes and handovers: facilitate cooperation between critical teams
• Crafting a design system: a library of components with flexibility for future expansion
